You may submit requests regarding your rights to sales@bolerosocks.com or via [KEP address]. Applications are concluded within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on their nature. If your request is rejected, the response is insufficient, or no response is given in time, you retain the right to lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority.
